Obiozor focuses on four schools

Pearland, Texas defensive end Cyril Obiozor has had a busy phone this month. The number of phone calls will probably begin to decrease as he has narrowed his list some.
"I'm pretty much down to four schools," the 6-foot-4, 236-pound Obiozor said. "I like UCLA and Oklahoma State the most. Texas A&M and Wisconsin are there right behind them, though. I hope to visit all four of them before I make any decision."

The four schools have been in touch with Obiozor on the phone this month already as were others.
"Kansas State, Iowa and Georgia Tech were the other three that called so far. I just decided on the other four as better fits for me at this time."
The three-star rated end had hoped to get a visit to UCLA earlier this month, but his team's schedule would not allow the visit.
"I wasn't going to be able to leave until Saturday after our games," he said. "That was going to limit my time out looking at the school and everything. So, I decided it would be best if I just waited and did it after the season so I could give it the full time I can."
Obiozor has helped lead Pearland to a 2-0 start.
"We've played pretty good," he said. "We beat Elkins in the first game and then Willowridge in the second. Hopefully we can keep up the winning ways. I want to keep playing hard and trying to improve. I don't know my stats, but I do know we're winning."
