Oatis has three likely official visits
"Right now I have 12 scholarship offers," Chino, Calif., defensive back Shawn Oatis said. "All of them have been Fed-Exed to me in writing."
"I haven't really narrowed it down yet. I'm trying to get around to all of them. I'm going to Oregon on Thursday. I've been to Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA, and Stanford. Oregon will be my last visit this summer."

"I have an official visit scheduled to Notre Dame October 8 and one to Ohio State October 22. And I'm probably going back to Arizona sometime for an official visit."
"I think there will be a few more schools that come in and offer. I hope Oklahoma. And maybe Michigan and Indiana."

The 6-foot-0 and 205 pound Oatis is one of the West Coast's top athletes. He made 69 tackles and intercepted two passes during his junior season. Oatis also rushed for 1300 yards and scored 13 times as he was named all-CIF.
