NYs Reid is starting to consider visits

Safety Travon Reid holds five scholarships. The Brooklyn (N.Y.) Fort Hamilton prospect is eyeing two schools for official visits, but has yet to set up dates.
"I'm waiting on visits until the season is over with, then I am going on my visits," he said. "I'm not totally sure where I'm going yet, I haven't got that situated.
"I'll probably be visiting Syracuse and UMass. I don't know where else I'll go."
Reid discussed why those two schools are likely to get trips.
"I just like to go up to Syracuse," he said. "I see my teammates go there and I listen to them. I want to go back to hang out and watch a football game.
"I've been to UMass before and I didn't get to see everything. I want to go back up there and see it a bit more."
Fort Hamilton is off to an 0-7 mark on the year, but Reid is playing well.
"Everything is fine, the season is tough, but I'm doing well," he said. "I'm playing safety and wide receiver.
"I'm just giving it my all and I'm having more fun this year. I'm really enjoying the game and playing better because of it."
