NY junior RB has two in the lead

Junior running back T.J. McDuffie out of Williamsville (N.Y.) Williamsville North has received a handful of interest from Division I schools. The 5-foot-10, 174-pounder with 4.49-second speed has received mail from schools across the country in the ACC, Big Ten, MAC and Conference USA.

"He's received mail from Boston College, Illinois, Buffalo and Tulsa," said McDuffie's father Terrance McDuffie. "His favorites so far are Buffalo and Boston College. Our family has a lot of ties to Buffalo as four of his uncles went there. His former quarterback also signed with them and everyone around here is very excited about them. Meanwhile, he likes Boston College because one of his friends told him about them a lot more at a camp."
What kind of player is McDuffie?
"I'd compare him a lot with Florida State's Lorenzo Booker," he said. "T.J. is very athletic and quick. He also has good balance and can get in and out of the hole really well."
As a junior, McDuffie accounted for 1,350 yards and 20 touchdowns in eight games due to injury. He was named all-conference and all-city.
McDuffie plans to take in the Penn State Nike Camp this spring. He is also considering possible camps at Syracuse, Boston College and Michigan.
