I am seriously still split on what Donell Harris will do. People closest to him also don't seem to know what to expect. It will either be Florida or Texas A&M, and my guess has gone back and forth multiple times over the last week. Before Harris set out to visit A&M last week, I was sure he'd be flipping to Florida on National Signing Day. That weekend visit may have changed things, however, so we'll see what happens come Wednesday.

Who knows what Justin Flowe will do tomorrow? The five-star linebacker was a strong lean towards Clemson just a few weeks ago but now that the Tigers took a commitment from five-star Trenton Simpson, he could be looking towards Oregon.

ADAM GORNEY, National and West analyst

The biggest surprise out West is going to be the decision of five-star linebacker Justin Flowe. Only a few weeks ago it looked like USC had absolutely no chance in the world to get the Upland, Calif., prospect, but he had a great visit there over the weekend and he was around a lot of friends who are already on the team. That could be compelling because staying close to home remains a serious option. With Clemson seemingly out, Oregon looked to be the winner for Flowe and that could still be the case, but USC has a fighting chance now.

JOSH HELMHOLDT, Midwest analyst

The biggest surprise will be the number of committed prospects who find out they do not have a spot any more. This is the Transfer Portal effect. As schools crunch the numbers and realize they want more spots to be able to use on transfers, there will be an increased number of high school prospects who "re-open" their recruitments this week when they find out they are not going to be sent a letter of intent from the schools they committed to.

CHAD SIMMONS, Southeast analyst

I am going out on a limb here, because there does not seem to be too many true surprises brewing in my states this cycle, but there is a lot of chatter around Alabama with Phillip Webb. He has been penciled into LSU's class for over a month, but that official visit to Tuscaloosa early in December changed things. Is it a done deal? No. LSU is in this and Florida cannot be completely ruled out, but if I have to go with a surprise for Wednesday, it will be Webb picking the Crimson Tide.

SAM SPIEGELMAN, Texas and Louisiana analyst

The biggest surprise of the early signing period might come from Louisiana, where there are a handful of defensive backs choosing from a handful of SEC schools - and in particular, Georgia. Rivals250 corners Major Burns and Eric Reed Jr. both officially visited Athens over the weekend, but will both wind up playing for the Bulldogs? Kelee Ringo and Dontae Manning are also in play for the Dawgs, which may open the door for Texas A&M to snag Burns or Auburn to land Reed, but that remains to be seen. It seems likely there will be a twist or two on Wednesday from those two four-star corners.

WOODY WOMMACK, Southeast analyst

The biggest surprise will be when five-star defensive lineman Jordan Burch reveals his decision. He has been so quiet throughout the process that nobody really knows where he's going to end up. Will he spurn in-state schools South Carolina and Clemson for LSU? Or will it come down to another battle between the Gamecocks and the Tigers? Georgia is also a factor. Nobody knows where Burch will land, so any of his four choices will surprise.
