Notre Dame, Michigan State impress OL Taylor

Frank Taylor is emerging as one of the region's top offensive line prospects from the Class of 2012 and he recently visited two big-time programs.
The 6-foot-3, 275-pound offensive guard from Warrington (Pa.) Archbishop Wood Catholic spoke about his recent trips as well as his future plans when Rivals.com caught up with him recently.

"The weekend before last I was at Notre Dame and Michigan State," Taylor recalled. "I was there for junior days and I got offered at Michigan State.
"Of course, I was impressed with Notre Dame because the school is top notch. I loved it down there. Hopefully I can go back sometime and get an offer," he added. "I think they're pretty interested because there weren't a whole lot of people that had been invited.
"Michigan State has a lot of interest. They all knew who I was and they had been saying they wanted to get me down for a junior day to actually see me in person. I liked it a lot. They have nice facilities and I like how (the school) it's in the middle of the city. It's a nice place."
Taylor plans on visiting several other schools for spring practices or spring games. He said he wants to visit Boston College, Rutgers, Virginia, West Virginia and possibly Notre Dame again.
