Northwest star hears from everyone

There is no question that running back Leon Jackson (6-2, 200, 4.44) from Pasco, Wash., is one of the best players in the northwest. He has heard from everyone already.
“Leon has all the tools to play on the next level,” Pasco head coach Steve Graff said. “Everybody has already written him. He has heard from the likes of Michigan, Michigan State, Washington, Washington State and USC.”

“Leon has some work to do,” Graff said. “He has grade issues. I just told him today that I’m going to tell all the colleges the truth.”
“Leon is a great kid,” Graff said. “He has some work to do. He has a good chance to qualify, but he will have to work.”
As a junior, Jackson rushed for 1,170 yards and 27 touchdowns (not including playoffs).
Jackson had 1,790 all-purpose yards.
“Anytime Leon touches the ball, he can score,” Graff said. “He is that darn fast and good.”
