North Texas lands Kansas DT
Olathe (Kan.) North defensive tackle Adam Venegas has said all along that he had the talent to be a Division I prospect and it looks like he was right.
Venegas is going to sign with North Texas tomorrow, according to North coach Gene Weir.

“He’s going to sign tomorrow,” Weir said. “We’re really happy for him.”
Venegas, who is 6-foot-5 and 277 pounds, is a great wrestling prospect and helped Olathe North to three state championships.
