North-South battle for Brent
At one point a while back K.J. Brent was saying he would probably have a decision made by the end of his junior season.
While Brent isn't sticking to that timetable these days, he does have two schools at the top of his list, and it seems as though it might come down to a head-to-head battle.

"I'm going to South Carolina next Saturday and then I'm going to UNC on February 13," Brent said. "I'm still figuring out whether I'll go to Clemson on February 20. My parents and I are still trying to figure that out.
"Those are my three tops you could say. Mainly it's South Carolina and North Carolina."
What is it about the Gamecocks and Tar Heels that has Brent so high on their programs?
"I've gotten a relationship that's really good with each of their staffs right now," he explained. "They both have the kind of offense I'm looking for if I were to go to either place. I'm just looking forward to going up (to those schools) more for junior days and camps. That will help me decide which (school) I want to go to."
When asked whether he was eliminating other schools from contention Brent was a bit more vague.
"It will probably be between those two, yes. I'm not promising anything like that, though."
