North Carolina LB setting trips

A.J. Nicholson, a four-star player by Rivals100.com and the nation's No. 3 ranked outside linebacker, has lined up several visits. Nicholson has scheduled official visits with Notre Dame (Nov. 2), Miami (Dec. 7) and Florida State (Jan. 11).
Nicholson says he will choose among Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia for his other two allotted official visits. South Carolina and Auburn will receive unofficial visits, with Nicholson scheduled to be at Auburn for their regular season finale with Alabama.

Nicholson, who is 6-foot-2, 232 pounds and has been timed at 4.4 seconds in the 40-yard dash, had originally pledged to North Carolina, but backed off of that pledge late in the summer.
Miami, Florida State and North Carolina appear to be in the driver's seat for Nicholson's signature, but the Winston-Salem (N.C.) Mt. Tabor senior says it's an open race right now.
"I'm talking to everybody right now," Nicholson said. "I'll figure this recruiting stuff out more after the season."
