North Carolina DT adds third trip

One of the top players in the state of North Carolina has now lined up a third visit and has a fourth trip in mind. So who is going to get the third and fourth visit from Belows Creek, N.C., four-star defensive tackle Isaiah Thomas?
“Well, I already had UNC and State set up for trips,” he said. “I’m going to UNC on January 10 and State on January 24. I’ve now set up a trip to Tennessee on January 17. I think I’m still going to visit Georgia, but I don’t know when I’m going to squeeze that in.”

At this point, Thomas isn’t tipping his hand on a favorite.
“I go back and forth in my mind,” he said. “I’m going to wait and see what happens with my trips first.”
Besides, Thomas is still playing football and that’s one of his main focuses.
“We’re in the third round,” he said. “We’re going to have to play a great game this week. I think I need to get back there and get that quarterback. I’ve gotten three sacks in the playoffs and am now up to 17 for the year, but I want a few more to help us get to the title game.”
Thomas is a full qualifier with a 2.9 grade-point average and a 860 on the SAT.
