Norman surprises with Louisville visit

Stanley Norman has remained quiet about his interest in Louisville but it's out now and the four-star athlete plans to visit for the Cardinals' regular-season finale against Kentucky.
"That was a little something I didn't tell anybody about," Norman said. "Coach (Terrell) Buckley is my guy.

"I can't wait to get out there. We have a little understanding right now. I love the communication and I love the attention. They talk to me and I talk back."
Norman, who plays offense, defense and special teams at Gardena (Calif.) Serra, has his first official visit to Washington State this weekend. One thing Norman is looking for in his recruitment is the chance to play both ways and the Cougars are apparently talking that up.
"I can't wait," Norman said. "I'm ready to see what they're talking about and they're saying I can play both ways. I'm ready to see it."
As for his other three visits, it seems like plenty could happen.
Rated as the fourth-best athlete and the No. 84 prospect in the 2015 class by Rivals.com, there are a bunch of schools vying for those final three slots and Norman does not have anything set up yet.
Utah could be close to getting one of his visits. Arizona and Cal might get one as well. But then Norman said UCLA is showing renewed interest, Washington is in the mix, Arizona State has stepped it up and others could get involved as his senior season continues.
Norman, rated as the No. 12 prospect in this loaded California class, is undecided on where his final official visits will be.
"It's kind of close right now to a Utah visit, Cal, Arizona, UCLA, it's still up in the air right now," Norman said.
"(UCLA coach Jim) Mora is back on his game. It's just up in the air right now. I don't know where I'm going to take visits. Arizona is close. ASU is close. I could take that Washington visit. Anything could happen as far as visits."
