SAN ANTONIO, Tex. --Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra athlete Stanley Norman has been keeping everyone guessing when it comes to his recruiting process, but Saturday at the Army All-American Bowl, he ended the mystery and announced his commitment.

"For the next four years I'll be taking my talents to the state univesity of Arizona," Norman said. "It wasn't really a hard decision. ... Everybody has been there for me ever since my injury. It has been a great experience."
He chose Arizona State over finalists Washington State, Oklahoma, Alabama, and UCLA, after releasing a top four during the week without Arizona State. However, the commitment was not a complete shocker because Arizona State and Washington State were thought to be his top two before his recent top four.
The standout athlete becomes the second highest ranked prospect in the Sun Devils' 2015 recruiting class and the 19th member of the class.
Norman can play either offense or defense while in Tempe. He is rated No. 6 among the nation's 2015 Athletes, and ranked No. 124 in the Rivals250. He is also ranked No. 20 in the Rivals.com California Postseason Top 100.
