NoCal WR has goods

Wide receiver Jason Crawley (6-2 ½, 170, 4.6) from Pittsburg, Calif., is one to watch. Crawley has the size that D-I schools are looking for and possesses an outstanding work ethic.
Crawley was selected second-team all-league after scoring eight touchdowns on only 14 catches as a junior. How’s that for making the most out of your opportunities?

It is easy to see why Crawley is considered a playmaker.
The scouting report on Crawley is he’s fearless over the middle, makes the tough catch and is superb running the football after the catch. He is also very quick and explosive. Crawley has a 36-inch vertical jump.
If there is a weakness to Crawley’s game and it isn’t that noticeable is he sometimes has trouble getting off the line of scrimmage. He is working hard getting off the line and how to handle a chuck and get into his route.
As has been mentioned, Crawley has an outstanding work ethic. He has used this to his advantage as he runs great routes for someone on the high school level.
One former Pittsburg player who made it all the way to the league playing for the Kansas City Chiefs commented on Crawley’s routes and how impressed he was that one so young is that disciplined running his routes.
Pittsburg coach Victor Galli has been quoted stating that “Crawley works hard, all the time.”
Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, Cal, Washington, Arizona State, Utah and Colorado State all came by the school this past May. Oregon and Oregon State called Crawley’s house.
