No more visits but is Peters solid

ARLINGTON, Texas - On the first day of practice for the Offense-Defense Bowl, Covington, La. linebacker Otha Peters drew a lot of raves from both his teammates and coaches. The four-star prospect anchored the middle of the defense playing inside linebacker.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound senior committed to Tennessee over the summer but has left the window to his recruitment open just a bit. However, he says he will not take any more visits to other schools.

"I'm done taking other visits," Peters said. "I'm going to take my last official to Tennessee.
"I've still got some schools calling my coach and everything. I tell him to let them know I'm not really interested in them."
Peters is admittedly still listening to one other program though. He recently joined a fellow Vol commit in visiting there.
"I went to TCU a couple weeks ago," he said. "It was really nice. They have a great coaching staff and really nice facilities and stuff. I got to watch them practice for their bowl.
"There was another guy committed to Tennessee with me that was there, Dalton Santos. There were a lot of guys that were committed to TCU there too. At every school they're going to try and talk you into switching and those guys were working on both of us."
With the Horned Frogs piquing his curiosity a bit Peters is not quite ready to close the book completely on TCU.
"I'm not 100-percent but it's pretty close though," he said of his Tennessee pledge. "I really like Tennessee."
