No. 3 fullback busy on the phone
Lufkin, Texas fullback Jorvorskie Lane has been on the phone a while today as coaches began to make their initial calls for the fall.
“Yes, it has been ringing a little bit,” the 6-foot-1, 240-pound Lane said. “There have been a lot of coaches calling tonight.”

Lane was on the phone with one coach while another held on his cell phone for his chance to talk.
“It’s been busy and I’m trying to talk to whoever calls as they come in.”
Lane has scholarship offers from Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M, Washington State and Arizona. He is also considering Oklahoma.
“I really don’t favor any of them over the others,” he said. “I want to take my visits and then make a choice after those.”
