No. 2 TE heading to Sunshine State
Midland (Texas) Lee tight end Eric Winston is leaving the Lone Star State, per his coach.
According to coach John Parchman, Winston, the No. 2 tight end in America, he has committed to Miami.

"He committed to Miami," Parchman said. "I've known it for a few days now, but he wanted to talk it over with everyone. He told me today we could release it."
Winson picked Miami over Texas A&M, LSU and Texas. Many considered A&M the team to beat because his brother attends school, but in the end South Beach was the best for Winston, who is 6-foot-7 and 255 pounds.
