NJ wideout garnering major interest

Atco (N.J.) Winslow Township has a few players receiving Division I interest from colleges. One of those is 6-foot-1, 175-pound wide receiver Brandon Jones.
"I've been getting interest from Virginia, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Iowa, Penn State and more," he stated. "Nobody has offered me, but I do like Virginia, Connecticut and Pittsburgh.
"Those schools are close to home and I want to be close to my family. I am looking at other schools too though including the Florida schools, Georgia Tech, Rutgers and Boston College."

Jones clearly has no true favorite at this time. What does he want in a college?
"I want a team that will throw the ball and then I just want to win and be part of a winning program," he said. "As for location, I don't want to go too far. I want to stay on the East Coast."
Next month, Jones plans to participate in the Elite College Combine.
In five games last season, the Garden State wideout hauled in 35 receptions for 650 yards and three touchdowns.
Jones is also a recruited point guard on the basketball team that averaged 10-points, six steals, six rebounds and six assists a game.
