Bayonne (N.J.) linebacker Jerome Hayes now has 12 scholarship offers. Hayes, regarded as the top linebacker in Jersey, has already started to think about official visits. Who is in the running for the visits and who is the newest team to offer Hayes?
"My newest offer is from Michigan. I now have offers from Rutgers, Michigan, Boston College, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Michigan State, Penn State, Wisconsin, Miami, and Iowa," said the 6-foot-2, 225-pound defensive playmaker.
Hayes said that although he will not take his visits until after the season is over, he wants to get the schools set by June. What schools are in the running for official visits?

"I know I will definitely visits Rutgers. I am pretty sure I will also visit Michigan State, but that is not set in stone. I will take all visits and the other four visits will be to four of Michigan State, Boston College, Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, Miami, and Penn State."
Last season, Hayes made 70 tackles, eight sacks, 2 interceptions and three defensive touchdowns. Hayes was also the leading rusher for Bayonne last season. Hayes rushed for over 1,100 yards and scored 14 touchdowns.
