NJ junior checks out BC

Junior running back Jamauri Bogan of Union, N.J. fought through an injury during the fall, but now is once again focusing on his recruiting process. This included a visit to Boston College this past weekend to check out their program for their junior day.
"Recruiting is getting hot as of now," said Bogan. "Schools are starting to pursue me."

Schools have actually already been pursuing Bogan for quite some time, as he currently has offers from Georgia Tech, Temple, Toledo, Massachusetts and Old Dominion.
Several schools have stopped by Union High School to check on Bogan.
"Rutgers, Bucknell, Boston College, Northwestern, Temple and I'm contacting now with N.C. State," said Bogan.
This weekend, Bogan made his way to Boston College to get a closer look at the Eagles program.
"It went real well. I really liked it," said Bogan. "I liked the whole city and meeting Coach Addazio. The whole tour was just great."
Bogan, who also hopes to visit Georgia Tech during the spring, has a few goals for himself this off-season.
"I want to gain 10-12 pounds and become a lot more powerful and faster," said Bogan, who is now 5-foot-7 and 164 pounds.
Battling through an ankle injury last fall, Bogan still pieced together a successful season while rushing for approximately 1,200 yards and 17 touchdowns.
