NIKE Camp star has West Coast interest

One of the top five overall prospects we saw at the recent NIKE Camp in Boulder (Colo.) was Eden Prairie (Minn.) defensive lineman Willie Mobley. Mobley has a good size list of schools he's looking at and will head West to take some unofficial visits to a handful of Pac 10 schools.
Mobley, 6-3, 260 pounds earned DL MVP honors at the NIKE Camp and had some great battles with Nebraska commit Bryce Givens. The lineman has a nice blend of size, strength and quickness and could project inside or outside at the next level.

The lineman earned all-state honors as a junior after totaling 74 tackles and 12 sacks and is currently a member of the Rivals 250.
On the recruiting front, Mobley used the opportunity to participate in the NIKE Camp to also check out Colorado and came away very impressed with the Buffs.
"I attended their Friday Night lights event and really liked it," Mobley said. "Within 15 minutes when I was there, they offered me so that was pretty exciting.
"Boulder is just a real nice, relaxing place. When we were driving in, I noticed how it's real calm out here as opposed to USC and UCLA where there is so much going on. I was really looking that closely at Colorado before the weekend but I definitely am now.
"I don't have the dates yet but I'm going out to Los Angeles to visit UCLA and USC and also plan to visit Arizona at some point. My plan is to have my list narrowed down to five by the end of the summer and then take my official visits before making a commitment."
