The No. 4 tight end in the country, Beaver (Pa.) Area tight end Rory Nicol, will decide between four schools after cancelling his fifth official visit this weekend.
"Rory didn't go to Virginia as planned," said the father of the 6-foot-5, 245-pounder. "It just became too much for him trying to fit in five visits in two weeks. He decided to choose between the four schools he was able to see and will likely announce next week."
Nicol visited Pitt on Nov. 28, Florida on Dec. 2 (mid week visit), Ohio State on Dec. 5 and Georgia Tech on Dec. 9 (mid week visit).
"He liked all four of them so he'll have a tough decision," his father said. "He's kind of keeping us in the dark about his decision as well. I think location will be a factor. We're only around 30 minutes from Pitt and three hours from Ohio State while the others are pretty far away."
