New team enters the mix for Heath

West Palm Beach (Fla.) Palm Beach Lakes athlete Brandon Heath continues to slowly pick up more offers and raise his stock through camps. His new offer total is now over a dozen.
"I have offers from Oklahoma, Florida, Penn State, Minnesota, NC State, Georgia, Kansas State, Kansas, Alabama, Clemson, South Carolina, Penn State and Louisville," said Heath.

The 6-foot-0, 187-pound Heath attended the NIKE camp in Miami where he turned in a solid performance running a 4.64 second 40-yard dash and a 4.31 second shuttle.
"Right now my top five would be West Virginia, Florida, Miami, South Carolina and Rutgers," Heath said. "I went to the Rutgers camp this past Friday and got to know some of the coaches a little better. This Wednesday I am going up to South Carolina for their camp."
As a junior he had 33 receptions for 580 yards. On defense he had three interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
Four of the schools in his top five have remained a constant throughout, however, the Gamecocks are a new face in Heath's top five.
"I really like coach Spurrier when he was at Florida," Heath said. "They will be running a real fun offense up there. I have talked to Steve Spurrier Jr. and he is a really good guy. They have some NFL experience on that staff and I like that."
Heath will also be attending camps at Miami next weekend and West Virginia on June 19, as well as the D-I camp in Tampa in July.
