New schools moving in for Josh Haden

Rivals250 to watch Class of 2008 running back Josh Haden continues to have Florida leading for his services. However new teams are making a push for the 5-foot-7, 190-pounder.
"I haven't visited schools recently, but I have talked to my parents about visiting three schools, Boston College, Michigan and North Carolina," he said. "Those are the top schools looking at me right now. Boston College is recruiting me pretty hard and they seem like a nice place. I've also been to UNC before and it's a great place. I've talked to Butch Davis some too. As for Michigan, they are a good program too."

While new schools continue to push for Haden, they'll have to wait for a visit as the tailback plans to head back to Florida for their spring game this weekend.
"I'm going to the orange and blue spring game on Saturday," he said. "I've seen all I need to there. I know it's a great place and school. I just want a chance to talk to the coaches some more."
Meanwhile, two teams that were in the hunt, Virginia Tech and Ohio State have dropped out.
"Both of those schools fell off on recruiting me and I'm not focused on them anymore."
Recently Haden took in the New York Nike Combine and did well pulling in the top SPARQ rating at the camp.
"It went alright," he said. "Something went wrong with my bench reps since they clocked me at 34. Last year I did 45 and I think I would have been able to beat that if it didn't go wrong. Aside from that, I ran a 4.41-sceond 40 and tested well. In everything besides the bench I was pretty satisfied."
