New school moving in on Gardner

Wide receiver Trey Gardner out of Dinwiddie, Va. is holding three scholarships. However, the 6-foot-5, 202-pounder claims one other school is moving in and inching closer to a decision on an offer.
"I've got the same three offers from Miami (Ohio), Liberty and Delaware," he said. "The one school I'm talking to a lot is Virginia. I talk to Coach Reid a lot and he said it was his fault they haven't shown more interest since they were mostly looking at Corey (Marshall), but we are talking once a week now and he mentioned it's only a matter of time until they do something."

Gardner claims Virginia is high on his list right now if an offer comes.
"I like them a lot," he said. "I'm waiting to see what they do. I just like the coaching staff and I go there a lot, it's super fun. I have some friends up there."
Gardner is staying in touch with Miami (Ohio) as well.
"They keep in touch with my coach and urge me to commit, they are just making sure I'm doing ok."
