New offer is in for TE Phillips
A new offer is in for three-star tight end Paul Phillips. The Bethesda (Md.) Georgetown Prep prospect pulled his third scholarship in the past week from the Big East.
"I got an offer from Syracuse recently," he said. "It's a great school that offers high end academics. So, I am definitely excited go out and visit."

Phillips has set an official to Syracuse.
"I am scheduled to take an official there on December 4th."
Despite that, Phillips maintains no favorites.
"I'm still very open right now," he said. "I'm just trying to figure out who else is interested in me."
Phillips, a 6-foot-5, 225-pounder holds two other offers from Indiana and Richmond at this time.
