New offer interests McClatcher

Chico McClatcher recently picked up two more Pac-12 offers from Arizona State and Utah and one of those programs is particularly sticking out.
The 2015 running back from Federal Way, Wash., who can also play other positions as well said early on he likes the Sun Devils a lot and they will be seriously considered as his recruitment continues.

"I'm still learning about them," McClatcher said. "But I do know a lot about Arizona State. They have a great campus and it's really hot and I'd love to play there someday maybe.
"They're standing out kind of. Their offense has changed a little bit and it's like a great weather environment to play in."
Washington and Portland State have also offered McClatcher, who especially looked good at the NLA 7on7 in Las Vegas in early March.
There is no question that the 5-foot-7, 168-pound prospect is undersized but he's physical and definitely does not get pushed around on the field.
The 2015 recruit likes Arizona State early on but Washington will continue to play a factor as things continue.
McClatcher has been to the Washington campus numerous times, he's seen the Huskies practice often and he's developing a really strong relationship with the coaching staff so that could play a serious factor when decision time comes.
Still, it's too early to make decisions but Washington is expected to stay in the mix as long as his recruitment goes on.
"I'm really friendly with a lot of coaches and I always go up to their Saturday practices and I enjoy the players practicing and talking to the coaches," McClatcher said.
"I don't really worry about recruiting that much. I know Washington is my home and they really want me there so I'm going to have to think about all that when I get to my senior year."
