New MSU fan in Alabama
There aren’t too many Mississippi State fans in Alabama. But there is a new addition to the short list – Jason Jude of Athens.
That’s because Jude said he’s decided to cast his lot with the Bulldogs after an official visit this weekend.

“I’m going to State,” Jude, who is 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, said. “I want a shot at playing running back and the other teams talked to me about playing fullback instead. I think I could be a big back at Mississippi State, since they already use them.”
Jude, a three star pick, was also recruited by Auburn, Louisville, N.C. State, Memphis, Southern Miss and Wisconsin.
What’s also interesting about Jude is that he was previously committed to Auburn but the Tigers backed away, opening the door for Mississippi State.
