New Jersey OL on the rise

With four offers and a busy slate of visits coming up Jim Cashman had better get used to seeing his name in the headlines.
The 6-foot-7, 275-pound offensive tackle from Haddonfield (N.J.) Haddonfield Memorial has picked up offers from Temple, Tulane and UConn from the FBS ranks, and Villanova, an FCS school.

Others are showing interest and hinting that offers could come, so Cashman is definitely a recruit to keep an eye on.
"I was at Rutgers (on Saturday) for one of their first spring practices," Cashman said early this week.
"I enjoyed it a lot. I really enjoyed seeing all the facilities and getting a chance to talk to the offensive line coach and coach (Greg) Schiano. I got to see the weight room and the football meeting rooms. I was really impressed. That was my first time ever going out to Rutgers and it definitely raised my interest in them."
Just a couple of weeks ago Cashman visited Central Florida and that also went well.
"That trip was also great," Cashman said. "We flew down on a Friday and got a chance to hang out with coach (Jim) Panagos, the New Jersey recruiter. They had a junior day on Satudray and we got to see the stadium, all the practice facilities, the weight room and the meeting rooms. We got to walk around campus a good amount. It was a pretty good trip."
Cashman has also attended junior days at Boston College, UConn and Duke. Pitt and UVa are two other schools showing interest.
The junior tackle said he will be visiting Penn State this week and will later take trips to NC State, Vanderbilt and Tulane.
