New interest comes for Keystone OT

Mount Pleasant, Pa. offensive tackle Rob Gumbita is attempting to schedule visits. While that is on going, the 6-foot-4, 298-pounder also is hearing from at least a handful of major Division I schools.
"A few bigger schools came by recently," he said. "Georgia Tech's new offensive line coach came by along with Pittsburgh and West Virginia. I think I still have an offer from Buffalo too."

West Virginia and Georgia Tech have new staffs. What are those schools saying?
"They are telling me they just got my film and they're going to look at it this week and let me know where I stand on their boards."
Plenty of other schools including William & Mary, Youngstown State, Villanova and Stony Brook are also showing interest.
Gumbita discussed what he wants in a college.
"I definitely want a good academic school and just a place that is right for me. Football is important as well."
This weekend the two-star prospect plans to make his way to William & Mary for an official.
Meanwhile, Gumbita recently was named to the Big 33 game.
"That's the best 33 in Pennsylvania," he said. "I also made second team all-state by the Pennsylvania football news.
"That was huge to get that my senior year. It just made me feel good that all the hard work was meaningful and paid off."
The Big 33 game will be played on June 14th.
