New England OL ready to commit

Fitchburg (Mass.) St. Bernard's offensive tackle Ryan Durand entered his summer camp tour without any offers. Now he has two and a third is coming. So who will he commit to?
"Right now I'm leaning towards committing to Syracuse by the weekend," said the 6-foot-5, 328-pounder. "I really like the way they've handled recruiting me. They've been up front from the start and offered me right out of camp."

Durand is also interested in UConn and Boston College.
"UConn also offered me out of camp and BC told me they were going to offer," he said. "But I haven't received my BC offer yet. They were my first choice, but I like the way Syracuse has shown they really want me."
And if BC offers?
"Right now I don't think it will make a difference," he said. "But I haven't made my final decision yet so if they offer I'll certainly think things through and talk it over with my family."
Durand wants to commit by the end of the month. The massive lineman is being recruited as a tackle by all three of his favorites. He ran a 5.05-second 40-yard dash at Syracuse's camp.
