Nevada safety picks up more offers

It’s amazing what senior season tape can do. Shortly after Henderson (Nev.) Green Valley three-star safety Brett Johnson (6-2, 185, 4.45) sent his tape to he received two more scholarship offers, upping the talented athletes total. And that’s not all.
Johnson has seen a lot of recruiting actions since his tape went out as well.
The latest two schools to offer Johnson are San Diego State and Vanderbilt. They join UNLV, Nevada and Colorado State as teams that have offered.
Cal and UCLA have been showing a lot more interest of late and the Bears according to Johnson could be on the verge of offering him a scholarship.
Johnson has set up his first visit to Fresno State on December 17th. You can probably predict an offer out of Fresno State in the very near future too.
No other visits have been set because Johnson wants to concentrate on the rest of his senior season and he wants to finish strong.
For the season, Johnson has racked up 98 tackles, three picks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
Johnson first burst onto the seen with an outstanding performance at the NIKE Camp held in San Diego and he has impressed ever since. He is really coming into his own as a football player. His athleticism was never in doubt and now his athleticism is being honed into a very good football player.
