The talented running back has been a known commodity in Southern Nevada since his freshman year when he rushed for 1,254 yards and 16 touchdowns. He just gets better and better as he rushed for 2,006 yards and 26 touchdown as a sophomore.
The scouting report on Jones he's a very versatile football player who has good enough hands that they split him out on occasion. He brings a lot to the talent.
Not only is Jones an outstanding running back but he also has leadership qualities and other intangibles.
Jones has recorded 36-inch vertical jump and a very swift 4.1 shuttle time to go with his 4.5 speed.
"I plan on attending some camps this summer," Jones said. "I'm just not sure which ones as of yet."
"I'm taking it slow right now regarding recruiting," Jones said. "I'm just waiting on offers and working hard getting ready for my senior season."
According to Jones, he is getting recruiting attention from Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Oregon, Oregon State, Colorado State, New Mexico and UNLV.
