Garland (Texas) South quarterback Jordan Reever had cancelled a visit to Syracuse in order to visit Nebraska this weekend.
“He didn’t visit Nebraska this weekend,” Reever’s mother said. “He is working with the Nebraska coaches to get up there for a visit. He is going try and line that up for sometime in the middle of this next week. The coaches are going to be calling him and figure out which day he’ll be going.”
Reever has maintained all along his top school remains LSU, a school he will visit next weekend. But, he did say Nebraska was a good fit for him last week.
“Nebraska is more logical for me,” Reever said. “It would be a good situation. They’ve told me they aren’t real comfortable with the throwing quarterbacks they have on campus.”
