He is mainly being recruited as a defensive back.

Jeff's North Bend Central High School in North Bend, Nebraska is undefeated, after a 49 to 12 win last Friday night against the third ranked team in the state.
The 5-foot-11, 200 pound running back/defensive back has one offer from Navy.
The other schools he has been in contact with have told him that the offers are pending the receipt of his highlight tapes.
He is mainly being recruited by Iowa, but he is hearing from Nebraska, Missouri, Colorado State and Notre Dame, with a minimal amount of contact with Arizona State.
He has a potential visit with Colorado State for October 26th pending a call from the school to finalize the visit.
He plans to make his decision "between now and the signing date."
Distance could play a factor in his decision, as he is looking at location and academics as his main factors. His mom wants him to stay close.
Colorado State and Nebraska are his favorites at this time.
Colorado State - "My aunt has friends there and she recommends it as a good school."
Nebraska - "Dream school and the academics are great."
His other three visits might come from the following three schools:
Arizona State - "The location would make it warm and they have a decent track team."
Notre Dame - "The academics and tradition are the best in the NCAA."
Missouri - " They put on a good camp and I have friends there."
Jeff listed his strong points as - "I make good cuts and my coverage is good. As a free safety, I'm a great blitzer."
He describes himself as - "I get the job done type of player. I make the play, when it needs to be made."
He compared his style of play to that of former Nebraska safety Mike Brown.
He plans to major in physical therapy in college.
