Nebraska DB commit says hes staying put

Class of 2015 three-star Atlanta (Ga.) Carver defensive back Aaron Williams has been solid to Nebraska for months and at least for now, Sunday's dismissal of Bo Pelini won't have an impact on his status.
"Right now I'm still committed and I still plan on graduating and enrolling early," the 6-foot safety said. "If anything changes that is going to come from talking to my parents. We will wait and see who the new coach is and stuff like that but I'm still committed."

Williams said he had developed a good rapport with Pelini and said he was pretty surprised to hear the news.
"When I found out I thought it was kind of messed up," he said. "I don't understand where it came from. He didn't have any losing seasons. My thoughts on it is that it's a shocker right now. I've known him since I first went up there for the spring game and I liked him a lot. He was more than a coach, he was a player's coach and he had a different viewpoint and mindset and I think that's what people liked about him."
With just two weekends left to take official visits before the dead period and his early enrollment, Williams said he's not sure if he will take official visits to other schools.
"Right now I want to say yes but at the same time it's not for sure," he said. "I still have to talk to my dad and my high school coach and see what's the best move."
Williams said he would like to see assistant coach Charlton Warren stay on the staff and that he will be paying close attention to the next hire.
"To be honest I would like it to be a defensive person," Williams said. "But if they were to hire Scott Frost from Oregon that would be good, too. I wouldn't mind it being a coach from a winning program like him because he can bring that to Nebraska. I want a new coach that will come him and help lead Nebraska to championships."
