Junior to Watch: Jed Collins
School: Mission Viejo, Calif.

Position: Linebacker
Size and speed: Collins is 6-foot-3 and 240 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.75 seconds.
Statistics: Collins made 113 tackles during his junior season. He has a 3.3 GPA.
Favorite Schools: Notre Dame, USC, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas State.
Skinny: Collins is one of the top middle linebacker prospects in the state of California.
"Notre Dame is definitely on my top five list," Collins said. "Notre Dame, USC, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas State are my favorites."
"And I like Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Boston College."
"I don't have any offers yet, but I get mail from all of those schools."
When asked about the two Midwest schools on his list Collins had this to say.
"Notre Dame is such a solid institution athletically and academically. It's one of the top schools in the nation academically."
"Wisconsin is a very founded football school. By reputation alone I'm interested in them. And they've shown interest in me."
