NC RB names top four

Mocksville (N.C.) Davie County running back/defensive back James Arnold has only one scholarship offer in hand but the talented two-way player is drawing heavy interest from some of the top programs in the ACC and the SEC. Arnold has a solid top four schools. Which schools made Arnold’s list?
“NC State and Auburn are my top two schools but Virginia and Virginia Tech are just behind them. I like those four schools the most right now,” said the 5-foot-11, 175-pound two-way standout who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.55 seconds.

What schools are recruiting Arnold?
“My only offer at this point is Auburn but I am hearing from NC State, Wake Forest, North Carolina, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Nebraska, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Georgia.”
What does Arnold look for in a school?
“I want to play for a successful program. That is probably the most important thing to me at this point outside of academics. I would also like to go to a school that has nice facilities and a good academic support program.”
Last season, Arnold rushed for over 1,900 yards, had over 400 yards receiving, and scored 28 touchdowns. On defense, Arnold racked up five interceptions.
