NC QB adds Kentucky offer

Quarterback Danny Dembry picked up another offer in the past month from the SEC. The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder out of Ahoskie (N.C.) Hertford County is glad to get the offer and thinks more could be coming.
"I now have three offers from East Carolina, North Carolina State and now Kentucky," he said. "It's great to get the offer from Kentucky. I still don't have any favorites, but I'm looking for a school that will give me playing time. I'd like to play as a freshman. I'm also looking for location and a comfortable environment."

During the May evaluation period, Dembry has talked to a few schools including South Carolina, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Virginia Tech and Clemson.
"Most of them are just trying to get me to come to camp," he said. "Of the calls, I'd say the one from North Carolina State stood out a bit because it was from Chuck Amato, but he mostly talked about the same stuff."
In the next couple weeks the Carolina prospect plans to head to the Adidas combine at North Carolina State on May 20th and the Nike Camp at Clemson on May 21st.
Dembry accounted for 1,500 yards and 17 touchdowns last season.
