Nations top DT still has leaders
No defensive tackle in the country is being talked about more than Alief (Texas) Elsik star Rodrique Wright. Somehow all that talk isn't getting back to him, though.
"I haven't been that busy with recruiting really," Wright said. "It's been pretty quiet as of late, compared to earlier this year."

All of the down time has given Wright, who is 6-foot-5 and 324 pounds, some time to find some schools he really likes.
"Right now Texas and Oklahoma are a little ahead of the rest,” he said. “UT is probably my favorite out of those two. I still like LSU and Texas A&M though, too."
Texas has a lead and it appears to be because of the entire environment of Austin.
"I like everything about them," he said. "I like their stadium, the campus, and I get along with the coaches real well."
Wright said he would probably take all five visits, and plans to scatter them during and after his high school season.
