N.J. safety to visit ACC school

Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep safety D.J. Singleton has already received three verbal offers and now he has plans to visit a school that is showing serious interest.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound New Jersey prospect has picked up verbal offers from Miami, North Carolina and Rutgers.

An offer list like that alone is enough to make you take Singleton seriously. That offer list is going to continue to grow as more schools get the chance to watch him play.
He's planning on visiting a school from the Atlantic Coast Conference this coming weekend.
"I'm supposed to be going to Maryland for their junior day this Saturday," Singleton said. "They just invited me randomly."
Singleton attended the U.S. Army All-American Combine in Texas and he is planning on attending more events as his schedule opens up.
Back in January, Singleton visited UConn. He has been invited to junior days and other events by southern schools such as Miami, Florida and Georgia, but distance and travel has prevented him from making those trips.
Several weeks ago he admitted to Rivals.com that location could be a factor in his decision.
