Myles almost ready for visits

Darren Myles is a four-star safety prospect from Atlanta (Ga.) Carver High School. Myes, , 6-0 and 175 poundsis having a very good senior season.
"Darren is playing very well," Carver head coach Darren Myles, Sr. said. "He was our leading tackler which isn't good if your free safety does that. Since then we have played better up front. But Darren's playing well on offense too. We are using him on perimeter and he's catching more balls. In fact he's averaging 19 yards per reception."

This weekend they face McNair. The winner makes the playoffs. The loser goes home. When the season ends Myles will begin to set up and make his visits.
"Right now I like LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia Tech and Georgia," Myles said. "I have no leader and no real favorites. I am waiting until after the season to figure things out."
Myles, who is sitting on 40 scholarship offers, may also consider visiting Tennessee, depending on who they hire to be their new head coach.
"It has been hard for us to set up the visits with the season going on. We play on Friday nights and it's hard because we couldn't get their on a visit until Saturday. Then it's game and you can't really get the time with the coaches you need. We just figured we are better off waiting until December."
