Myers enjoys visit to Washington

Lynwood (Calif.) two way standout Leilyon Myers took his second official visit of the year to Washington this past weekend. Although the athlete said he loved the trip, Myers would like to still take one last visit before making his decision.
Myers, 6-0, 190 pounds had previously visited Utah before checking out the Huskies this past weekend.

"I had a great time," Myers said. "When I first got off the plane, it was a little cold and if felt like a totally different world to me but it's nothing I can't get used to. It rained a little and even snowed in some places but it wasn't too bad.
"I got in Friday and was hosted by Darrion Jones. We had lunch at the Space Needle, saw the campus and then we went out that night. On Saturday, we ate breakfast with the other recruits and then I got another campus tour and saw a little bit more of the football facilities and the stadium. I also spent some nice one on one time with Coach Willingham and I really like him a lot.
"I also talked with my position coaches and since I'm being recruiting as an athlete by Washington, I talked with the running back and defensive back coaches. I love running the ball but I don't have too much of a preference where I play in college. Just about everyone is recruiting me as an athlete right now. I really like Washington a lot right now and they have been my top school for a few weeks now, I know I would fit in pretty good there."
Myers said had home visits with Utah and Washington last week but doesn't have anything else scheduled until his official visit to Boise State.
"I'm going to visit Boise State in two weeks (Dec. 16) and then I think I should be ready to make my decision. The main three schools I like right now are Washington, Boise State and Utah but I'm not closing the doors to anyone. If other schools wanted to recruit me, I would still listen but those are the main three I like right now."
