Mundy makes commitment

Pittsburgh (Pa.) Woodland Hills safety Ryan Mundy has made his decision. So which school will get his signature in February?
"I'm going to Michigan because that's where my heart is," said the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder who chose the Wolverines over Pitt and Virginia. "It's the closest thing to home away from home for me."

Mundy, who had more than 30 offers, will re-join ex-teammate Steve Breaston at Michigan.
"That's a bonus but it really didn't factor in," he said. "I knew I wouldn't just pick a school to be with a friend of mine. Michigan offers so much."
Mundy will play free safety in Ann Arbor. The decision was not as easy as many think.
"The decision was really hard to make because I felt that wherever I went I couldn't go wrong," he explained. "It was also tough because of the the relationship that I have developed with the Pitt staff. I wish them well and it's not easy to say no to them. But in the end I have to do what's right for me. I'm very excited to be a Wolverine."
