Muncy adds an offer
Tazewell, Va. wide receiver Matt Muncy has added his third scholarship this week. The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder already holds two ACC offers. Who else joined the fray?
"I got an offer from Ohio," he said. "The coach from Ohio came by my school two weeks ago and got a copy of my game film. They told me they really liked it and they would like to offer.

"I called them and talked for about thirty minutes. They told me how I fit in with the program and invited me up to camp this summer. I plan to make a visit there at the end of the month and see the different plays that they could use me at."
How does the offer from Ohio compare to the ones from Duke and Wake Forest?
"I like Ohio, I'm still very open-minded," he said. "I'll definitely check them out to see what I think about them. I'd like to make an early commitment after I check out two or three schools."
Muncy already has an idea where he's heading before an impending decision.
"I want to visit Virginia, Vanderbilt and Ohio and then I'll decide," he said. "I'm going to Virginia on the 17th of this month. I want to go to Vanderbilt, but it's six and a half hours away and I may need to wait until summer for that. Then I want to visit Ohio after Memorial Day."
Obviously his other contenders have offered, what is the situation with the Cavaliers and Commodores?
"I've emailed Coach Fisher on a daily basis," he said. "They keep saying I'd fit in well there. I'm not sure if they are just waiting to see me in person.
"As for Virginia, they sound very interested. They should know something soon."
