Multiple schools after Georgia DE

Tyrone (Ga.) Sandy Creek defensive end Fred Jones is sitting on several scholarship offers and hopes to set some visits to the programs that are interested following his senior season.
"I've got offers from UCF, Marshall, Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia Tech, Middle Tennessee State, Cincinnati and a couple of more," Jones said. "Everything else has been going good. I'm going to wait until after the season to take my visits because we have football games back-to-back over all of the weekends."

A trio of programs, one from the Big Ten, one from the Big East and one from the Sun Belt, currently are showing the 6-foot-4, 220-pound Jones the most attention.
"Right now, Indiana, Cincinnati and Middle Tennessee State are recruiting me the hardest," Jones said.
The Kentucky Wildcats of the SEC also keep in touch.
"Every once in a while, I will hear from Kentucky," Jones said.
Jones doesn't have any favorites among the schools that have been involved with him.
"I don't have a favorite yet," he said. "I've got to check out the schools first."
All the programs involved with Jones, who was impressive at the Athens NIKE Camp in April, are recruiting him as a defensive end.
"They all want me as a defensive end," he said.
The two-star rated prospect continues to focus on his season.
"We are 3-1," Jones said. "I've been playing pretty good."
