MSU offer would likely land Fobbs

For the most part Miamisburg, Ohio, defensive back Sean Fobbs is interested in MAC and Big Ten schools. Two of the MAC schools have offered a scholarship. However if a certain Big Ten school on his list offers he would likely commit.
"I'm looking at Michigan State, West Virginia, Bowling Green, Wisconsin, Miami of Ohio, Tennessee, and Eastern Michigan," Fobbs said. "Bowling Green has offered. So has Eastern Michigan. And I think West Virginia is going to."

Fobbs is hoping Michigan State offers too.
"I went to their camp," Fobbs said. "They said they are going to hold off till their camp in July. I'm going back for that camp. I want them to see me again and evaluate me with the guys that go in July."
Fobbs has not only attended camp at Michigan State, but he visited there in March and attended a spring practice.
"Michigan State is my favorite," he said. "I love the campus. I like how the coaches coach.
"If they offer I might commit. If Michigan State and West Virginia offer it will be hard (deciding). But I'm leaning to Michigan State."
A scholarship offer at the Spartans camp on July 12 might wrap things up for Fobbs and MSU.
The 6-foot-1 and 205-pounder, who also has an offer from Kentucky but says he is not looking at the Wildcats, made 50 tackles during his junior season. He intercepted two passes and deflected six others.
