Moye has a top four

Rochester, Pa., wide receiver Derek Moye has a good list of scholarship offers to select from. He also is entertaining interest from at least a couple of other schools that have not offered.
"I have eight offers now," Moye said. "Pitt, Penn State, Miami of Ohio, Akron, Temple, Cincinnati, Maryland, and Boston College have offered. For the most part I'm looking at all of them.

"And I'm looking at Michigan and Michigan State."
However a few schools have the early edge.
"My top four would be Pitt, Penn State, Boston College, and Maryland in no order," Moye said.
Moye plans to soon visit the Panthers, but a commitment should not be expected.
"I only have one (summer) visit planned so far," he said. "I go to Pitt next Saturday.
"My coach wants me to decide (on a college) before the season, but I kind of want to take my official visits. I really don't have a favorite."
Moye attended the NIKE Football Training Camp at Penn State and said he might attend the Michigan senior camp.
The 6-foot-4 and 182-pound Moye played wide receiver, running back, and cornerback during his junior season. He caught 24 passes and averaged 22.3 yards per reception while also rushing for 1131 yards.
Moye was named conference offensive player-of-the-year.
