Mosby looking around

It was more than six months ago when Rockwall, Texas, linebacker Ryan Mosby gave his verbal commitment to Iowa State. Since then, there's been a dramatic change amongst the coaching staff and Mosby is now ready to look around.
"I'm completely open right now," Mosby said. "I signed there to play with Coach Chizik and Coach Bolt but they're all gone now. I have to find a place where I'm most comfortable at."

The 6-foot-1, 206-pound linebacker now wants all schools to know that he's virtually starting all over in his recruiting process and wants to take his name off the Cyclones commitment list.
Apparently the word has spread pretty well as many schools have contacted him already, including Clemson, Ole, Houston, Boise State, Fresno State, Kansas State and Georgia. There's one that's been more aggressive than the rest.
"Kentucky came to my house this morning and set up an official visit with them for January 12th. They had told me that I had a real good chance of coming in and playing for them. I'll find out more about them on the official visit."
The other three that have stuck out are Clemson, Ole Miss and Georgia Tech.
"I'm looking for the college that really wants me and a college that I can fit in at. I'm looking at the defense too and how I fit the best."
The ideal situation for Mosby is to play in a 3-4 defense. His senior season stats included 102 tackles, six sacks and six forced fumbles.
