Morgan adds offers

New Orleans (La.) St. Augustine wide receiver Stanley Morgan has established himself as a playmaking threat for the Purple Knight offense and began to draw college attention his way following a strong sophomore season in 2012.
The 2015 Rivals250 standout put together another strong performance as a junior and picked up early offers from Michigan State and Tulane. He heard other offers had arrived, but it was not until recently he found out just how many.

"Well, a couple of weeks ago Florida came and offered me, and everybody was telling me how many offers I was getting but I never really sat down and asked my head coach," Morgan said. "So today I sat down and asked him how many offers I had on the table and he told me all of my offers."
Morgan found out the Gators, Spartans, and Green Wave had been joined by LSU, Ohio State, Georgia, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Louisiana Tech, and Houston.
The growth of options was welcome news to the standout receiver, and there are a few programs he knows he wants to visit.
"I definitely want to check out Ohio State, Florida, LSU, USC, and places like that," Morgan said.
He plans to attend some junior days and at this point in the recruiting process is not ready to claim a favorite.
"No, not at all," Morgan said. "I'm just taking everybody equally."
Morgan is currently ranked No. 199 in the Rivals250 and No. 6 in the Rivals.com Louisiana Top 35. He is also ranked No. 22 among the nation's receivers.
